Godzilla (2014)

I liked it! And honestly it wasn't half bad; I think the Rotten Tomato score is ~75 and that feels right.

Two things I especially liked:

1. The camera work felt grounded, a-la Pacific Rim's camera work.
2. An unmatched sense of scale with 2014 era special effects.

In general this felt like Godzilla + Cloverfield + 2010's era disaster movies (think: 2012).
